We’ve all heard about how beneficial yoga is, right?
Yoga is good for the mind, body, and soul.
In fact, it’s hard to think of something negative about yoga. It’s good for all ages (even babies!) and fitness levels.
So, why don’t we all do yoga every day despite its numerous scientific benefits?
The answer, as it is to so many things, is time.
Our favorite virtual yoga Youtube channel, Yoga with Adriene, has recently put out a bunch of yoga videos under 10 minutes. And, let’s face it: We all have 10 minutes a day to improve our body, mind, and spirit.
